Perky Enterprises, our landlord, is now offering room rentals!

We have three rooms to choose from:

*Room Three is dark and has an extra wide electric table.

*Room Two is a corner suite with lots of light. It has an electric table that has a head tilt

*Room One is the most versatile with a portable table and space to work on small animals. 

We are located directly off Ritchie Highway in Severna Park. We are close to Annapolis, Pasadena, Glen Burnie, Baltimore, Odenton, Fort Meade and many other communities

We have three tier levels to make it convenient for you. Cost ranges from $20-25 an hour. 

Use of one treatment room, use of bathroom,  and front waiting area including the desk. It includes all cleaning/disinfecting supplies. As a special offer right now all tiers include sheets!

Tier One: Monthly fee of $25 includes one hour per month. Additional rooms are $25/hour. 

Tier Two: Monthly fee of $110 includes 5 one hour slots per month. Additional rooms are $25/hour

Tier Three: Monthly fee of $160 includes 8 hour hour slots per month. Those slots may be a designated day and time devoted just to you. Includes sheets. Additional rooms are $25/hour. Also includes a 15 minute marketing consult with Lydia Wainwright, M.Ac., Lic. Ac.
